Manage Events and Roadshows
We can manage on your behalf the entire organization and/or participation to conferences and roadshows. We may also organize on your behalf dissemination and exploitation activities as required under the European Union's Framework Programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe.)
To this end we will:

Find an event based on your centers of interest where you can promote your priorities,

Manage the event’s preparation your attendance as well as the correct distribution of your deliverables,

Manage your stay during the conference time as well as organizing side meetings relevant to your sphere of interests,

Manage the proper development of your event the due day.
We can also organize roadshows and other such meetings as relevant to your organizing including organizing the travel logistics.
